Envision Support was founded in 2023 by Zachary John
After more than 20 years of Youth, Care and Support work Envision Support was launched with one goal in mind:
“Do Yourself Out Of A Job”
This was a phrase one of Zach’s early bosses had repeated. Every Person Zach worked with, the motivating factor was always to empower Them so much that He wasn’t even needed anymore.
This type of effort takes time, patience, and a lot of self awareness.
The temptation with a lot of care work is to just get things done, to rush in and rush out.
It takes time to teach People things, but that’s how independence is bred.
It takes patience to watch People struggle with things, that’s how resilience is learned.
It takes self awareness to realize that it isn’t about you…
It’s all about Them!
